Francisco has more than 14 years of experience representing U.S., Mexican, Latin American, and European corporates, banks and financial entities, credit agencies, investors, issuers, agents, arrangers and underwriters in cross-border banking and financing, structured financing, securitization, capital markets, and M&A transactions, being involved in numerous domestic and international transactions representing clients from a wide variety of industries, including private and governmental entities, in financing, structured financing transactions, and both private and public offerings of securities and structured instruments.
Francisco has contributed with the Mexican chapter in several global comparative guides on regulatory and financial issues. He is a graduate in law from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico with a specialization in corporate law. Francisco completed a master’s degree in law (LL.M.) and business certificate at IE Business School in Spain and was honored as part of the dean’s list.
