Audrey’s practice is focused on Private Equity transactions and, more generally, on M&A transactions for investment funds, directors or managers.
Audrey is a Counsel in the Private Equity department of Winston Taylor's Paris office and evolves within the team led by Grine Lahreche.
She advises on cross-border and domestic corporate and private equity matters including mergers and acquisition, joint ventures, restructuring and private equity transactions.
In addition to her native French, Audrey is fluent in English.
